After closing its doors last month due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ending 27 years of business, Le Bistro Montage is being reborn as a food cart. The classic Portland late-night restaurant known for its mac and cheese and house-made tinfoil creatures announced on July 29 their chef would open the food cart on Aug. 8.
