Why is this company charging over and above the advertised nightly rate of $1 on a late fee when it should only be $1, with a small reasonable fee attached of, say 10%, not 400%!
What are the different types of Ezy kiosks?
There’s two types of kiosks, smaller red one with one screen, and the larger Orange one with two screens. The smaller red kiosks take a square case, the bigger Orange ones take longer rectangle cases. As long as you’re taking it back to the same type of kiosk you hired from, you can return it at any location.
When do movies have to be returned to Video Ezy?
Video Ezy says movies must be returned by 9pm every night. I went to return my DVD at 6.30 on Sunday inside a small shopping centre only to find that it locks it doors at 6.00 pm.
