How do I log into my UCAS track?

In your welcome email you’ll find your Personal ID and the username and password you used when you created your application on the UCAs website. You’ll need to keep your email or make a note of these details so you can access UCAS Track.

How do I find my UCAS number?

Personal ID – the ten-digit number you get when you register to Apply – displayed in 123-456-7890 format on every email we send you. You’ll be asked for this if you get in touch with our Customer Experience Centre.

Can I see my school UCAS reference?

Unfortunately UCAS will not allow you to see your reference, as this will be completed on your behalf by the centre you are applying through. All you can do is check that each section of your UCAS application is correct, mark them all as complete, pay for your application and send it online to your referee.

Do I have to declare all my GCSEs on UCAS?

There will be a section of the UCAS form specifically for your educational details. When filling this out, you should include your GCSEs and AS Level results. Make sure that you include all of your GCSE and AS level subjects, not just your A*- C grades.

Why can I not log into my UCAS track?

If you can’t login to your UCAS application, you may be entering the incorrect username and/or password. These will contain your username and your password. Remember: your UCAS login details are case sensitive, so be sure to type them exactly as they appear in the confirmation emails you receive after registering.

How do I find out my UCAS password?

If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, click on the ‘forgotten login’ link to retrieve them. This will send two emails to the address you gave when you registered – one containing your username and the other your password.

What happens if you don’t have a reference for UCAS?

There is actually an option to not include a reference, but only if you contact all your chosen universities and colleges and they agree that you don’t need one. Just confirm this on the reference page of your application.
