I rode both (and about 7 other bikes including Ducati Monster) and there is nothing that compares to CB400. Nothing. Wonderful bike. It’s heavy but NEVER feels it. It’s nimble and agile. It’s planted on the open road. In the small displacement class the CB400 is king. Built quality is as good as it gets.
