First, charge the handmaiden and do an attack. I prefer flurry since it seems to hit well. Once you do damage, save. Wait until you get killed, saving whenever you do damage.

After the battle, pick up any dropped items, heal yourself, and use the lab table if necessary. Speak to the Gamorrean by the door in the next room and he will lie to Slusk and grant you access to his office.

I walk up to and “push” three of them out of the battle area and then take on the last two. As a Guardian, two of them should be no issue. As a Sentinel, you can probably also take on two of them. Now, if you were a Consular, you may want to do that until there’s only one left.
What to do in the handmaiden vs Sisters battle?
You can try loading up on stims and a melee shield as soon as the fight begins. Shield first, then stims. Also try to break combat and run away, place mines and kite the sisters into them. Mines are wickedly effective against them cause they have no armor.
